According to reports, the poverty rate in Pakistan increased in 2020, pushing more than two million people below the poverty line. With rising inflation and the continuous increase in the prices of essential commodities, even arranging two meals a day has become extremely difficult for many families. In such circumstances, it becomes the moral responsibility of the privileged members of society to step forward and support those in need by helping provide life’s basic necessities. With this vision and humanitarian spirit, RYK Relief Foundation launched its “Free Dastarkhwan” initiative at Khanpur Adda in 2025, aiming to serve deserving individuals with dignity, compassion, and hope.
